Returns & Exchanges

Studio Nicholson offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. We aim to ensure your modular wardrobe fits perfectly, but if an item isn't right, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the unwanted items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
